Things you should know, when staying at Tanhouse Farm.

1. All Linen and Towels provided.
2. Electricity and Oil Central Heating included.
3. Welcome tea tray on arrival.
4. Cot (please bring own linen) and Highchair provided free of charge.
5. Visitors welcome after 3.00pm on day of arrival.
6. Departure please by 10.00am.
7. All properties have direct dial telephones - calls charged at cost.
8. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Any articles that are damaged, chipped or lost must be paid for.
9. Your booking form must be sent together with a 25% non-refundable deposit of the amount due
10. Final payment four weeks before your arrival.
11. All properties are Non Smoking.
