This magnificent new oak timber framed house has an abundance of exposed beams and furnished with traditional oak furniture, including a wonderful oak panelled four-poster bed in the second bedroom. Hot water and central heating are oil-fired. Large garden with patio and garden furniture. Adjacent to the medieval Tythe Barn, Kaowen has its own driveway with parking area and undercover parking for two cars.

The front door leads into a large Entrance Hall with Grandfather Clock and Cloakroom. The ground floor also provides: -

Kitchen- Well designed with plenty of cupboards and workspace, equipped with Aga, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven and combination oven.

Utility Room - Washing machine and tumble dryer.

Dining Room - Table and chairs to seat 8.

Lounge - Sofas and armchairs to seat eight, wood burner, oak dresser and coffee table and 33" television, CD/DVD Hi-Fi.
