The Cottage has a wealth of exposed beams, sumptuously furnished with traditional oak furniture, including a marvellous oak panelled four poster bed. Hot water and central heating are oil-fired.



Large car parking area includes undercover parking. The back garden has BBQ facilities with garden furniture and parasol. The cottage is set in a private courtyard behind the magnificent Tythe Barn dating back to medieval times. The main entrance leads into an open plan Kitchen and Dining area.

The ground floor provides: -

Dining Area - Table and chairs for 6
Kitchen - Well designed with plently of cupboard and worktop space. Ceramic hob, double oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave oven.
Utility Room - Washing machine, tumble dryer and chest freezer.
Bedroom 2 - Twin beds, wardrobe and dressing table

Bathroom - Bath, separate shower, WC, basin and shaver point.
Lounge - Tastefully decorated with grandfasther clock, suite, 33" surround sound television, video, DVD/CD Hi-Fi, oak furniture and stairs leading to Master Bedroom.
Master Bedroom - A mass of exposed elm beams and a romantic oak panelled four-poster bed, with matching chest of drawers, blanket box, wardrobe, lowboy and bedside cabinets.
